This policy explains what information the mobile game Neon Ricochet (“the game”, “we”) handles, how it is used, and the choices you have. We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other contact details to play.
To let you keep playing where you left off, the game saves the following locally on your device (using Android app storage and browser local storage). This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us:
If you choose “Allow analytics” or “Allow all” on the privacy screen, the game may collect anonymous, aggregated events to help us understand difficulty, stability, and where players drop off. These events never include your name or contact information. They may include:
When transmitted, these events are sent only to a collection endpoint operated by us (4Ever) — never to Google or any advertiser. The current release does not have an analytics endpoint configured, so these events stay on your device and are not sent anywhere. If you choose “Essential only”, no analytics are collected at all.
The game displays ads (including rewarded and full-screen ads) served by Google AdMob. To show ads, Google may collect and process data such as a device advertising identifier and app-usage signals, in accordance with Google’s own policies. You are shown a consent choice on first launch:
Where required by law, a Google-provided consent form is shown before personalized ads are used. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and review AdMob’s practices at Google’s AdMob data disclosure.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not sell your personal information. Advertising is served by Google AdMob, and Google’s handling of advertising data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Analytics, when a collection endpoint is enabled, is sent only to servers operated by us (4Ever) — it is not shared with Google or any other third party. The current release does not have an analytics endpoint configured, so analytics data stays on your device.
Neon Ricochet is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will address it.
On-device data persists until you delete it or uninstall the app. Advertising data is retained by Google according to their policies. Any analytics events transmitted to our endpoint are retained by us (4Ever) in anonymous, aggregated form only. We take reasonable measures to protect the limited data the game handles, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We may update this policy as the game evolves or as regulations change. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
